Federal Work-Study Program
The Federal Work-Study program is a federal financial aid work program that promotes the part-time employment of students who need additional funds to meet their educational costs.
- How To Apply
Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It can be done on-line. The form can be picked up in the lobby of Student Services, Building #1 at Main Campus (Financial Aid Office, and Enrollment Services)The FAFSA is also available at the Downtown Center on 11th and Willamette in Eugene; and at the Cottage Grove and Florence Outreach Centers. - Who Is Eligible?
You must qualify for financial aid to work under the Federal Work-Study Program. If you are eligible, you will receive an offer of financial assistance which will indicate that you are eligible for Federal Work-Study and the dollar amount of your award. - Who Are The Employers?
Employers are Lane Community College departments and community nonprofit organizations. - How To Find A FWS Job
